The owners said it would be a dream vacation and they couldn't have been more correct. Casa Las Brisas is a perfect home for many reasons. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, safe water, American electricity, steps away from the tennis courts and the most magnificent sunsets you've ever seen in your life. We planned our days around the sunsets so we wouldn't miss another one of God's unbelievable paintings!!! But without a doubt the aspect of our vacation that made it a dream was the staff at Casa Las Brisas. Domingo catered to our every need shopping for whatever our hearts desired, and making the most magnificent margaritas you've ever tasted. His wife Josaphina was away but Letty filled in and kept the home perfectly clean and our laundry done every day. The real treat though was Costello, the chef. He truly had to been on loan from a 5-star resort somewhere because not only did he prepare fantastic meals but they were works of art! I think he chopped fresh produce from sun up 'til well past sun down every night because everything was extremely fresh. The best thing we ever did was to quit trying to select menus for the day and just tell Costello to be creative. He surprised us from then on out with the most incredible meals you've ever sunk your teeth into. I ate his fresh pico 3 meals a day and watched him in the kitchen to try to learn his tricks. We also felt completely safe in this gated community. I am an extremely over-protective mother but ended up allowing our children to walk to the tennis courts and the beach by themselves---THAT'S how safe we felt. We highly recommend reserving Freddy as your driver for the week too. He's a young, fun guy who will keep you out of trouble and provide lots of suggestions for golf, ATV rentals, wave runners, zip-lines etc... He's well worth his fee. Truly, we DID NOT want to come home. Manzanillo is a dream destination and Casa Las Brisas is the nicest home we saw there. Enjoy!

It's been 4 years since I last visited Casa Las Brisas, and it is even more beautiful than I had remembered. The staff, food, Domingo's killer margaritas, elegant suites and living space, sunsets, palapa and pools....I can't find enough superlatives to do it justice!

This is definitely luxury living! The house is exquisite but comfortable, the food fantastic and the housestaff could not be more gracious and helpful. The days are sunny and not too hot with beautful daytme breezes. Watching the spectacular sunset each evening is a beautiful way to end the day and start an evening of quiet, dreamy stargazing. A spectacular experience!

Richard just loved Josefina's food! So fresh - the fruit, the vegetables, the fish and meat...and her special way of combining foods ans spices! Oh, the new running track was a a big bonus not expected...Richard's training schedule for the senior olympics was not interrupted! Glorious!

That was complete heaven! I relaxed and revived like I haven't in years...actually decades! What was really special was having our extended family together in this luxurious environment...having home cooked meals and private space for all of us to hang out made this so much better than being at a luxury resort.
